3D visualization products

• 3D frame models and seamless 3D aerial photography products can be derived from oblique images. BLOM can create high-resolution, realistic urban models to meet the needs of planners and developers alike.

Property sector products

• By providing views of all sides of a building either residential, commercial or governmental a wealth of visual information about a property and its surroundings can be derived, information which will find ready use in the real estate and insurance industries, amongst others. For example imagery can be used to determine the number of floors, construction age and approximate year of construction of the building for insurance purposes; roof type and condition for energy efficiency purposes; garages, gardens, extensions, condition and the proximity of schools and other amenities for taxation purposes.
