Pictometry® Images

The system collates the photography into a comprehensive library of vertical and oblique – angled – images which allows comprehensive analysis of features, detail and environment as well as the wider picture.

The imagery is full-colour and pin-sharp, the answers exact and almost instantaneous – yet Pictometry® can be run on conventional office hardware.

The vertical perspective is ideal for orientation and planning; the oblique provides the angles that make features or buildings easier to identify and locate.

Each object is given a geographical reference which enables the user to measure height, width, length or area, whether defined in straight lines or free-form.
